Hi, I’m Christine, a personal fitness trainer that wanted to share my passion for outdoor training and its mental health benefits with others. I started Friendly Fitness to motivate and inspire people that want to exercise without feeling judged or pressured. I believe everyone can enjoy fitness and feel better in their bodies if they find the pace and goals that work for them.
I offer 1 to 1 coaching in person or online, as well as outdoor classes in Horsham Park on Monday and Friday mornings at 9:30 AM and in Woodstock Close Park on Thursdays at 09:30am - 10:30am..
Each outdoor group class contains a mix of body-weight exercises (think squats, lunges and push ups) as well as cardio exercises (jogging, skipping and increasing heart rate). Each exercise can be modified to suit but gently challenge each participant.

No need to pre-book the outdoor group sessions, pay as you go on the day.
Sessions are £6 each or you can block book 10 sessions for £50.
